I have an order of nearly $180USD being charged to my credit card by Totsy for an order that I repeatedly asked to have canceled after I was advised it would be shipping nearly a month late, with no reason as to why. There were multiple items that I needed within a couple weeks and now no longer require or have use for, nor am I at the address where the package will be delivered. I have contacted them repeatedly before the shipment, with no response. The first time I heard from them was yesterday to say "your package shipped" sorry for delay. This is crazy!!! I will not receive the package and will not pay for these items. This is legendary BAD AWFUL customer service, and Totsy should be shut down. It is nearly fraud.
